About Our Founders

Brianna Bitton knew firsthand how limiting it felt to have so few options for hormonal health. She struggled with debilitating PMS symptoms and undiagnosed PCOS, desperate for long-term relief—while watching her mother navigate menopause with few solutions of her own. If women have been experiencing hormonal shifts for millions of years, why were there so few products designed to support them?

O Positiv was born from that question, built on the belief that women’s health shouldn’t be an afterthought. From the start, the brand set its mission to redefine women’s health by tackling generational taboos and addressing overlooked needs, supporting women from their first period to well beyond their last.

That mission first took shape with the launch of FLO PMS, the first-ever PMS gummy vitamin, followed by other category-defining products like MENO, the first-ever menopause relief gummy, and URO Vaginal Probiotic, a best-seller in vaginal health. Today, O Positiv continues to push forward, creating science-backed products that help women feel their best through every stage of life.
